What is iBoard ?
iBoard, your company electronic bulletin board is a 'plug-in' to your existing website.
iBoard replaces your company bulletin board with an electronic one. Use iBoard to post jobs, schedules for company events, miscellaneous requests such as signup for the company softball team. You can selectively use each object of iBoard data internally on your intranet as well as display only appropriate data on your extranet on the Internet.

At some point that job may be eligible to be displayed on your extranet and with a couple clicks that job can be modified to display on that portion of your website. The jobs section can receive e-mail and resumes submitted for each particular job listing and forward that information to the e-mail address of the users choice.

Post training sessions for new computer programs your company is starting to use. Interested parties can register for each posting and e-mail will be sent to the appropriate party.

Employees can post carpool need, recruit organizational help for the company picnic, locate study partners for a continuing education course, etc.
